Does “Record payment” send money?
No. It creates a record of a payment made outside the app. You can reverse a payment record with a reason; the history remains visible.
How do I print a statement?
Open Statements, choose your project and week, and select Print. Your browser can print it or save a PDF. Advertising and navigation are removed.
Can I use this for payroll?
Crew Tally calculates base earnings from the rates and quantities you enter and records payments you make elsewhere. It is not a payroll system: it does not calculate taxes, deductions or legal pay obligations. Review the calculation rules before relying on a figure.
